Pros
there are no pros, you will have a lot of time do though because there's hardly any work to do.
Cons
No work culture whatsoever, management is unresponsive, no job security, bad salary, Incompetent staff everywhere, politics, People from good colleges(IITs, NITs) "DO NOT GO THERE , you'll regret wasting every second in that company". you'll have loads of time though because there's no work to do.
