-Unstructured -Earliest employees get immunity to act/ "work" in anyway they want -Highest level of management is well liked and respected, yet they rarely pay attention to how managers handle their teams, they don't seem to care much -Boy's club -Significantly higher turnaround than they want to admit, they think "it's just how start ups are" But the company is getting too big and is a little too old to still be hiding behind the Startup claim

Competing in an extremely crowded industry, where companies are either acquired or going out of business. Making it very difficult to have any type of long term future. Very poor communication both within and between departments, making the company extremely unorganized. Current and prospective clients have either zero or very little interest in new products, making any type of company advancement extremely difficult. And many employees have an overall negative attitude towards other employees and departments.
