The company kept their property well maintained and clean. They provided great training and the paperwork was not very difficult.

Cons

Sales tends to promise too much and not communicate with the desk about them.

Pricey associate rate and no real SOPs or brand standards to adhere to. Many seem to be franchised owned, so not easy to transfer between hotels.
