      Upper management have no idea what it takes to run the business. High staff turnover which says it all really. Low pay and false promises.

      The potential of Radical is phenomenal.

      Cons

      The potential will never be realised. Nothing more than dumb luck has seen them through the last few years. The alarming staff turn over says it all, but there is a complete failure from upper management to acknowledge the issues.
