Lazy executives. The company exists for the CEO to pay his friends. They scam their clients and employees

Where should we begin? Company priorities were constantly shifting, people were being laid off weekly, there was little reason why things were being done, some of the people at the very top displayed significant favoritism, and everything everyday was a cluster about who was going to get paid and where funding would come from. Certain projects would be started and then abruptly terminated, and there was a consistent pattern of finger pointing and throwing-under-the-bus when things went wrong. The entire partnership model is broken and the reliance on middleman relationships with shoddy tech and no financial infrastructure doomed a decent idea and the org was underwater structurally. Ultimately, this company will fold within the next 6-12 months, so do not come here.
