      -Free gym in the basement. Now I am thinking hard what else.....

      Work culture borders on unprofessional. Most managers shout and curse. HR is there in name to stop such practices, but never steps in. Your life depends on your manager, and most managers make sure that your life sucks. Managers shout and curse. Its a place to go and work if one likes long work hours, below industry standard salary, next to nothing bonuses and managers who are there to extract every ounce for energy out of you without compensating for it. In short- Its a Bangladesh sweatshop. Stay away if you have a choice.

      Managers are here to squeeze every drop of work out of their employees. There is very little to learn, it is a very small asset manager with limited type of funds. Most of the tasks are very boring resulting in a high staff turnover. The IT infrastructure is inexistant and when present it is the the worst I ever seen. Very poor systems. The quality of the management is very low and senior management never takes blame for own fault, never acknowledge problems and is incapable to take feedbacks.
