      They make you feel very comfortable if you keep on buttering them..

      Cons

      I just worked for 6 months there and I am happy that I left the company. I had to leave under some circumstances, so I requested them for that but they clearly disagreed and said no. But I left anyways without my salary and experience letter. Today I am working in a well renowned mnc and I am happy that I took the decision to leave the place where employees are treated like dogs and have no existence of themselves . Worst company, with very long working hours..

      - Good Learning Opportunity Only If You are a fresher. - Good Colleagues (expect for the management)

      Cons

      - I understand you guys are growing but I think its now time to bring more senior people in the management. - Every Project Manager Consider Himself not less than CEO - Long Working hours Without any Perks Or Incentives - Don't Dare to Use Phone In Office Premises. You may Kicked out of the company or they may throw your phone out of window - Be A Slave or Else leave the Company - Project manager has full control on your appraisals, personal life and leaves. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career.

      There are no pros in the company .

      Cons

      Ranjit is uneducated. Doesn't know the difference between quality of work, focuses only on presentation. He's mean. Environment is poor , feel like you are in govt school. No proper process of work .Ranjit's attitude is rude , works like a LALA company . He needs someone to butter him all the time. There is no level of this company but his attitude is so much which doesn't match to it .

      Thanks for your suggestions, but as you mentioned that you have worked 3yrs with us, and even after 3yrs work as IOS Developer you even don't know that Mac machine is required for IOS development, not Window. Use of these words showed your level of education and also prove that you are not a IOS developer, you are posting fake reviews.
