Pros
I've been at Raytheon for 8 years now. They offer an exceptional program for early career employees called the Leadership Development Program, structured around 8 functions. This program helped to fast-track my career as a recent college grad and offered me opportunities I wouldn't have had otherwise to work at different Raytheon businesses around the country. It's manageable to advance your career here and I've been fortunate to have my management support to do so. Great people to work with, good benefits, generous PTO.
Cons
As you move up in your career, you'll find that many jobs require current clearance. Few programs are willing to sponsor you unless you're in Engineering.

Some interesting projects to work on. Generally friendly work force.
Cons
Your hard work translates directly to a bonus for your boss not compensation for you. Expected to work at least 50 to 60 hours a week without adequate compensation. Expected to conduct "mandatory" company training on your own time when not encouraged to bill your customer for it. Communication is terrible. Job security depends on your boss liking you.
