      Not a place for career growth

      Pros

      - Benefits - good 401(k), medical, dental, they cancelled vision which was ok for me but not for some employees - flexible hours - 9 hour day with an hour lunch and you can start between 7-9 - client brand names

      Cons

      - Management gives zero feedback or guidance - People quit constantly because they realize they're getting paid far less than competitors - The company claims to be "open book" but is absolutely not - don't hide behind EBITA - No opportunities for training or development - They tell everyone about quarterly company town hall meetings but only have them once or twice per year - Bonus goals have no actual tie to metrics, nobody receives what they hope to

      None at all to speak of.

      Cons

      IT is terrible there. Can't keep anyone hired to manage the group as the VP has no people skills or personality at all. I see nothing I was touted to work on has still even been started. What a joke!!! Who's fault is it now!!!!

      Pros

      If you were part of a team that generates money for the company then you are golden. Need to buy something? Auto approved! Perks galore. See the group that handles a fruit logoed company. If you are in the behind the scenes group where your efforts cannot be linked to cash inflow... then what ever you want is not in the budget. See washroom renovation that has never happened.

      Cons

      All decisions made by about four people in the company... actually only one person who may choose to listen to three people. Do not cross the owner. see lawsuits.
