* There is NO Job description defined here for any profile. * Lack of professionalism among the employees. * No employee values. * Worst pay scale in the industry. * Weighing the balls is the success mantra over here. * Some of the higher officials are not much educated. * Passing the Parcel is the game here as no one wants to take the responsibility of any work. * Interdepartmental conflicts are very high. * No defined eligibility for any designation. * HR department one of the most lethargic department as you have to remind them of their own duties. * and the list goes on.

Politics, people will try to demotivate you, find faults so that they don't promote, favouritism, personal grudges of managers, people come with gutka, pan in their mouth to office, senior managers don't even know how to talk in English, no employee engagement activity, no culture- absolutely nothing, 6 days working, no leaves- 22 days a year! Overall it's a KANPURIA culture believe me! Their distributors are unhappy too, I have spoken with so many of them, they are just told to do RTGS, no meeting for them, no aim basically.
