Pros
The company offers a wide scope of healthcare opportunity services for the elderly and mentally challenged. Pay was commensurate for the area. It was an easy job with minimal physical requirements.
Cons
Insufficient equality between part and full time employees, (part timers work same hours as full timers for half the pay; no benefits for part timers.) Transit Dept. not supervised properly, allowing and encouraging multiple office romances between married staffers and drivers, resulting in low morale and an increase in turn over within the department. Collusion between Transit and HR Dept. to screen out prospective applicants. After hours usage of the facility for extracurricular activities is ongoing and encouraged.
