-Good Salary -Flexibility -Friendly Human Resources -No More pros

Cons

-Group of liars. -No Career Path. -No development plan. -Very bad management. -No specialization. -Family Business. -I think they are working illegally as you will not have a copy of your contract and you will be asked not to write the actual salary that you gain. -No Vision. -No Control. -Not recommended by all means, join it only when you are jobless. -They provide only 15 days as annual leave and this is the price of what they call flexibility. -Very bad place to park

You should only work here if your looking to work from home for a while or in need of a job

MANAGEMENT- They have a huge communication problem, they disrespect there employees, they are rude, act like their employees are slaves and have an untrained HR. I would give it a bug zero if it was possible, also please note that some of the below revieuws are fake!!!

I used to work at flairstech for 3 months without receiving any negative feedback on my performance and suddenly without any notice, i have been informed that my probation period is going to be extended!!! Extension for a probation period!!! is this legal? or is this an option for an employee to who already passed the probation to be informed that it’s going to be extended and if so, why I am not informed with my weakness point during my probation, I am sorry that I spent these useless time in such company and I am not recommending anyone to work there moreover they gave me tasks that are not related to my job and they stress on finishing it instead of focusing on my target !! This is very unprofessional ! Choose any company in the world except this one !
