Long hours with no appreciation or dedication

Micromanagement by one of the managing partners, makes slanderous accusations and bullies/harasses staff regularly Rise have moral standards that they want staff to follow but seem to forget to act accordingly Management will not follow through on any promises just give you the run around and ignore their clients until the client gives notice, then they will give them attention until they quiet down Staff always feel like they are on the chopping block and as soon as they start working at Rise they look for employment elsewhere Only "yes" people get promotions and not ignored If you have a family, this is not a place for you..no work life balance Have a 70+% of turnover and they have only been in business 3 years...under 5 employees have been there over 2 years No training and a very high expectation that the Supervisors cant even do what is expected Rise makes up procedures as they go and don't tell staff about them until they don't want to do something or pay something then its an issue
