Made average pay for DC.

Cons

The company promotes a very "frat-boy" culture centered around male dominance. All the executives are chummy heavy drinkers, the account managers are pretty girls that get sexually harassed regularly. Woman, minorities, and people who aren't heavy drinkers won't have a good time!

Pros

Many enjoyable and sharp colleagues. Challenging work that increases skillset. Opportunity for travel. Decent salary. Work/life balance tolerable.

Cons

Fratty, alcoholic, bullying culture led by HR and management that engages in targeted racism, misogyny, and harassment at a moment's notice once they want to dump salary or get rid of someone. Many are dismissed during the day and forced to clear out their work areas in front of their colleagues in a humiliating manner.

Where to start: - Corporate environment. VC backed, so no interest in the lower level team members - Upper management in DC is a joke.
