If you are a certain hue, this place is for you! They preach DEI: but it’s about controlling the narrative of how different cultures interact in their space, and how to remain aware of what’s happening everywhere. They must ascertain control because they refuse to just be decent people. A lot of good people have walked out of this place: they didn’t fit into the mold of what was required and so they pushed and pushed until they were made to feel otherwise.. and departed. The backbiting and gossip is unreal here. If they would stop buying accolades, and focus on their people: not snacks, not free APPS for stress when they’re the source— then maybe this would be a good place. Reviews are funny because certain people look for certain things- and some people are just happy with chips and seltzer. I seek sustainability and substance.

This place is just like a bunch of bullied high school students who got to start their own high school and make it whatever they wanted- no rules, because they could. It’s not the science, it’s not the people healing, it’s the ability to tote money, and positions to some people who laid them all off in some other place. So, they skim off the top, they make it up as they go, and high five people in the face who aren’t a part of the squad.
