After 4 years 8 months conclusion is "Good for nothing"

Don't join here , but if you want to spoil your career , you can join . Why you should not join here ? Reasons are follows. 1. You will be joined as a Project Engineer or Sr. Project Engineer in third party pay roll ( Team Lease, Randstad, T&M) . 2. Now you are a third party contractual employee , so they can kick out you from the company when ever they want . Mind it all higher officials are permanent employee. They will treat you as their slave . 3. There is not any performance based increments yearly , a fixed increments (Rs.2000 for Project Engineer and Rs.3000 for Sr.Project Engineer) per year will be given . 4. Site expenses may or may not be paid . 5.After 4 years 8 months , your contract will be automatically end and you will be kicked out from your position , Who ever you are or how much efficient you are or how much knowledge you have, that will not matter at all. 6. After that no company is ready to recruit you as they thinks "you have not any practical work experience " and they thinks right . They don't give proper value The experience that you have gathered in your long 4 years 8 month tenure with RECPDCL. 7. Most of the company don't want to recruit you in permanent pay roll as you were in Third Party Pay roll in RECPDCL. 8. Higher officials thinks your pay perks is more than enough comparison with the market .So they don't want to increase it even they never did it . 9. Only salary will be given to you , other than salary nothing perks like health insurance for family , house rent etc will be entertained. 10. Two Wheller with license is mandatory for joining in this company. Have you ever seen that any PSU mandate this kind of thing to their employees. The ans is no. But it has been mandate by one of the sistern concern of India's top most power finance company. 11. Your license , Your bike , fuel price is yours after that if you will face an accident (hope not so ) in your site on duty , company will not take any responsibility for that . So be alert. 12. Every two month there must be a delay of 9 or 10 days to reflect the salary in your account.
