      Best boss ever

      Pros

      This is a great job if you need flexibility and want to make great money. My direct Manager Tim Leonard is the best supervisor I have ever worked for, he is a great trainer and teaches you how to the job the right way. If you follow the training he lays out for you, but you have to be motivated and go out and work.

      Cons

      You are like an independent contractor, you use your own vehicle, phone and gas.

      New name - Threshold Marketing

      Pros

      So this company is in the midst of changing their name and everything else. They used to sell cable door to door but now they do client services. They are supposedly now called threshold marketing which is a part of Green Planet ...no one really knows how it all works and it is confusing. I work for their door to door fundraising division procuring monthly donations for the Humane Society of the United States. My team mates are amazing and the company offers good incentives, great base pay plus good bonuses and commission. I enjoy working to raise money for an amazing cause.

      Cons

      Disorganized as hell with poor communication and no opportunity for any type of benefits even if you become a team leader (manager). They call it a full time position but keep the hours below 35 so you can never qualify for health benefits. Some micro managing and of course all the cons involved in a door to door position such as being made to work in horrible weather including snow/winter and people being rude to you at the door.

      Pros

      Make your own schedule and take breaks whenever you want.

      Cons

      They have your coworkers train you. They want you to do things that they can't legally ask you to do. If you learned it from a coworker then the supervisor can claim ignorance when you get caught doing it. They change the rules and how much you get paid in commission and bonuses on you every month.
