Pros

Some colleagues were a bit supportive

Cons

One of the worst companies I have worked for. Very unprofessional management, poor communication, lack of support from managers, and a toxic work environment. Employees are not valued or treated fairly, and concerns are often ignored instead of resolved. There is little teamwork, no proper guidance, and unrealistic expectations without support. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Pros

The work done is meaningful. The corporate office in France seemed invested and interested in improvements.

Cons

The Chief Development Officer, Ibrahima, and the Chief People Officer, Stacy were major disappointments as leaders, co-workers, and people. They lack direction and vision, but are first to take credit for anything positive. There was no collaboration, especially from those two. I would ask for feedback, but wouldn't get a response. As long as Ibrahima is involved with Marketing, any marketer should avoid. Stacy is literally a bully. Follow the paper trail of all the people she has pushed out. These are low-quality individuals who are hampering the overall impact of an otherwise valuable organization.
