A true leader in this space, we love to hire all kinds of people who add to our culture and who can offer a variety of points-of-view for our clients' businesses. We are using AI/VR and more to make personalized experiences come to life. We create end-to-end meaningful 1:1 experiences for our brands and their customers/consumers.

Playa Vista is a nice area to work

Upper management is either absent ineffectual or actively strives to keep the status quo while paying lip service to improvement, most of the senior and middle account management team would insult the clients all the time behind their backs and to their faces, creative is terrible and they think it's good. And yet with all the mediocrity I've never worked at a place that with more two-face backstabbers in my entire 20+ year career
