      All are cons. Leaders in this organization are not worth to be called leaders. It's family business. CEO son becomes another CEO. Without skills they become leaders.

      Nothing. Would have given negative ratings if it would have been possible. If you ever get a call from this company then destroy your phone. I mean it.😂😂😂

      1) Biased management. 2) Insane politics. 3) No respect of employees. 4) Low pay. 5) Very bad working culture. 6) Salary deduction without any proper reason. 7) HR policies always favor the management. 8) Disgusting mess and inedible lunch. 9) No prior information is given about HR and management policies. 10) Opinions of only a selected few employees matter in this company and only these employees get a good or satisfactory appraisal/increment 11) Zero growth, Nothing.
