Great and helpful colleagues, learn super duper much, very in depth analysis. Will probably only get some work life balance after 3-4 years of working here.

Cons

Very high expectations, operates in an under-stuff environment - high workload.

Very nice atmosphere to work in where people generally "grow" with the company. Over the years the company becomes almost like a second family.

Cons

Of late changes to Senior Management position tend to erode the "nice atmosphere".
