      Pros

      Really, really nice people, small company, little to no bureaucracy, good benefits, great flexibility with remote work options.

      Cons

      No space for career growth. No moving forward technology-wise. Marketing and product management are somewhat disconnected from reality, riding the same old products and technologies which are slowly becoming obsolete. Very rigid development procedures that don't meet the modern day requirements. Only nominal documentation. Lack of working feedback channels within the company.

      Had a family atmosphere. Good health coverage. Dedicated and friendly employees.

      Cons

      Lack of decisive management. Failure and mediocrity rewarded and promoted. Upper management focus on concealing failures and finding excuses, rather than promoting the business. Sub standard salaries
