      Pros

      Casual atmosphere, access to ceo, easy to implement new ideas, great staff, small company feel.

      Cons

      Lack of clear vision , old style HR practices(no work from home, shared sick and vacation time, etc.), Long time employees not susptiable to change. Outdated internal technology that limits growth.

      Very demeaning work environment, constant politics. The owner is very narcissistic.

      nothing. there is not one good thing about this company.

      Cons

      -extreme politics -constantly set up to fail -never ever recognized employees good work, only their mistakes -even if you follow directions, it comes back to bite you later when they change their story. you can never win. -upper management is backstabbing, two-faced, arrogant, greedy people who lie to you -no room to advance, seriously. none. company is too small. -everyone there is EXTREMELY underpaid by thousands -their business practices are shady which has invited a HEAP load of legal trouble. company is a sinking ship.
