Where to start... Insurance is affordable but sucks! Employee benefits suck! Management especially engineering had no leadership skills. They never give raises or promotions. Always liked to tell you when your wrong! No direction within the company they kept changing the rules and processes! Manufacturing and engineering relationship is very bad. Everyone seems to want to blame the other department. No one takes ownership for their mistakes. Some of the co workers acted like know it all’s and very disrespectful. No experience working with women! The environment seemed very sexist like women can’t do anything right kind of attitude. I felt very degraded most of the time and people made me feel stupid. No work life balance. I was overworked and underpaid. Did not care about your obligations outside of work.
