They pretend to care about their employees more so than other firms would, but honestly it's all a lie. I've never felt so disrespected and unappreciated as an employee as I did here. Since new management is in place, they are strictly numbers driven. If you're not hitting your utilization rate individually, or your office isn't hitting the 12% profits they engrain in you, be prepared for the axe. If you work here for anytime, and meet the new president (son of Rick Smith) for the first time afterwards, he'll mostly likely remember your utilization rate rather than your name. Also, pretty sure he has AS. He's very uncomfortable to be around, very explosive temperament. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for employment. Also, they have no defined CAD standards which at times can be very frustrating.

Upper management and advisors to owner are very poor. Reality and public image of company aren’t even close. Poor ethics and corporate conduct. Hippa violations are the norm, so don’t expect private info to be private. Hr tries to run company. Laughable. Not a place to be beyond getting a couple years of experience.
