Really disappointing place to work. There are no proper benefits, and the whole environment feels really restrictive—almost like being in a cage. Management is never around, and there’s zero flexibility—remote work isn’t even a conversation. They talk a big game about moving forward, but in reality, nothing changes. It’s a very old-school mindset, and they seem stuck in their ways. There’s also a serious lack of diversity—it’s mostly older white British men, and many don’t seem particularly motivated. No one gives useful feedback, just vague criticism or silence, and people get let go constantly with no explanation. Honestly, working there was such a bad experience that I felt nothing but relief when I left. Wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for growth, support, or even just basic respect.
