      A bad experience.

      Pros

      Nice people as colleagues. Good location of the office in Malaga. Professional HR that is trying to do their best.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Lack of training. Limited to inexistente opportunities to grow. Nepotism. High turnover rate and firings on childish reasons. Totally non responsive to complains.

      Worst management

      Pros

      If you have no other options you can work in this company. The only pro is that if you will be lucky seniors might teach you something.

      Cons

      Only family members in manager roles. In each department, there is some member or relative from family. Don't even think get promoted in this company. When used to work every few months I had new manager. You get very angry at work, no work-balance once I had to work with 39 temprature. No one cares about employees.

      Pros

      If you want to get the opportunity to develop new skills very fast and take on responsibility, then this is your place. I have experienced that (even in a Junior position) I was allowed to work very independently and manage my own time and tasks which is a great way to learn very fast. In addition to that, the team is very friendly, open minded and willing to help whenever you need them. I enjoyed being part of the FoodQloud team very much, it was a great working atmosphere and a very diverse team!

      Cons

      As a Junior it was sometimes challenging to work independently, but overall I am very happy that I had the chance to do so because you grow faster with bigger challenges.
