      Upper management does not have a clue what they are doing. They do not solicite or listen to ideas from people who actually do the job.

      Service Upper Management Isnt Helping

      Pros

      Good pay, good car allowance, most people are great to work with. Great company I believe in rest of country but not this division.

      Cons

      Service side of company is not good. You will have to fight your inside for your own sales and unfortunately when you do get a sale the service may not be done right or parts always wrong. Upper management does not understand the real world or what a sales environment should be. Dont disagree or have your opinion. I hope it will change for the better since Quincy does have a good product and has a great future.

      The salary and benefits were supreme. Above and beyond what is available in this region.

      Cons

      Be prepared to devote yourself to a complete cluster!@#$ of dysfunction, chaos, politics, bullying, and backstabbing, If you value your family and personal life, then do not apply. Upper management is working for further promotions and bonuses within the Atlas Copco Corp. and doesn't care about anyone in Bay Minette. I strongly urge you not to work there.
