      Decent pay Friendly colleagues Opportunity to grow

      Cons

      Have to be vigilant on what you say and do, as there is always someone watching your every move Lack of holiday allowance for agents (20 days a year including some public holidays) Have to follow every order from the managing director, no compromise or questions Minimal breaks and lunch

      Excellent place to work. Great routes for progression and upskilling. Hard work doesn't go unrecognised.

      Cons

      Wouldn't say this is a con for me personally. However, this is a fast paced ever changing environment. If you aren't comfortable with change this may not be the place for you.
