Pros

Nothing to add to the pros

Cons

This company is a nightmare. Management's expectations are absurd, demanding you work far beyond your allotted hours. A mere 1-minute delay in office timing results in a half-day salary deduction, which is both draconian and punitive. The work pressure is unbearable, with impossible deadlines that make it impossible to perform well. I've personally experienced consistent issues with my salary, with unjustified deductions happening almost every month, whether it's for half or full days. To make matters worse, the salary is often delayed, making it even harder to manage personal finances. The leave policy is equally restrictive, allowing only two days off per month, which are often not approved, leading to even more salary cuts. Adding to the frustration, the HR department is unsupportive and unresponsive to these issues, providing no help in resolving salary discrepancies or leave approvals. The constant pressure, unrealistic expectations, and financial penalties create an environment of fear and stress.

Pros

If there's anything positive about this company, I'd be happy to hear it, but unfortunately, I haven't found any.

Cons

I've been a software engineer here for the past year. If you're reading my review because you're considering joining this company, I strongly advise against it, even in your dreams. Working here is akin to making your life miserable; there's no semblance of working culture or work-life balance. You'll toil hard for minimal compensation, which takes a toll on your mental well-being. Management refuses to grant proper leave, opting instead for leave encashment. If you work late into the night, expect your salary to be docked if you arrive even a minute late the next morning. Salary payments are unreliable, usually arriving between the 7th and 15th of each month. Asking HR about payment schedules results in them redirecting you to the accounts team and vice versa. Tasks are assigned with unreasonably short deadlines, leaving you to figure out solutions independently. There's no recognition for the long hours you put in. Office politics here could teach politicians a thing or two about maneuvering. If you think you'll gain valuable experience, think again. There are no experienced seniors to guide you. Practices lack industry standards; the focus is solely on getting things to work quickly, even if it means cutting corners. Micro-management, low salaries, mental harassment, and lack of accountability are rampant. Approaching management is futile; they dismiss concerns as decisions already made. HR responses are harsh and unsupportive. This company seems more suited to a manufacturing mindset than IT.

Pros

Team members are skilled and cooperative.

Cons

In my sales role, I often have to attend client meetings early in the morning. Unfortunately, if I forget to clock in using the app, my salary is deducted, even though HR is already aware of the situation. This inconsistency in handling such issues is frustrating. Moreover, salary payments are not made on time, which adds to the financial uncertainty. Additionally, I am required to work on Saturdays without any extra compensation, which further impacts work-life balance. Furthermore, there are no fun activities or team-building events, creating a work environment that feels overly focused on productivity rather than fostering team spirit and morale.
