This company is a mess. Severe lack of poilicies, structure and organization. Some departments will over work you and severely under pay you and other departments will completely over compensate you for basic office work. Management is horrible. Instead of hiring people with leadership skills and integrity for management positions, they hire/promote unequipped individuals that lack professionalism, organization, communication skills, and leadership skills. Some managers are so insecure in their own position that they would rather their employees take the fall for their own mistakes. There is no such thing as professionalism in this company. Some managers almost encourage office gossip, and have no clear professional boundaries.

Old school rigid culture, some abrasive personalities who are unwilling to change/adjust as business changes. Very belittling leadership style by upper management
