Some of the folks that worked there were cool. The checks never bounced......that's about it.
Cons
Were to begin....Terrible training from the quasi supervisors. Will trash talk the management to gain your confidence, but beware , its a ton of trouble. SAP system is not implemented correctly, so your work day is inefficient. This place Still heavily uses faxes, orders must be entered manually. Warehouse does not use bar coding, thus causing a million errors. I often thought this place was an experiment for how business was done in the 70's. Management was always talking BS all day in their office ( yes, we could hear you with the door closed) and then expected the new guys to bring in the million dollar biz with no support. Nepotism takes a new level here, so you'll end up doing all the work with little glory to show for it. If you do decide to interview, make sure you go during business hours so you can see that the offices/cubicles are almost all empty as well as most of the warehouse because they've lost their major customers.
