Pros
* Nice and friendly atmosphere (it seemed to me that they attract cute girls hehe, good socializing opportunities for young and SINGLE devs) * Good select locations * Interesting benefits, sports, HR training, company internal retros with management
Cons
* They give you fruit and cookies (is bad if you're on a diet!) but: * The salary is a joke * Many juniors, lack of seniority * Legacy projects * I had the feeling that company is too obedient to clients, but too focused on outsourcing and nothing interesting from the inside, lack of true accent on the new tech stacks
