Pros
Quartech offers excellent benefits and a laid back environment - probably because they do so much business with government. The staff are great and the management are very down to earth people, genuinely interested in their staff. The Victoria office is nice. The Burnaby office is shabby - but rumour has it that they will be investing in some new office space in the next few years.
Cons
The Burnaby office is very segmented and individual business units don't seem to have much interaction with one another. There are a lot of silos of information, few processes, and a definite lack of documentation which makes onboarding new staff very difficult.
