Management does not appreciate the work and effort of its employees. This was my first professional experience but I probably never will find a job site as dirty and dusty as what I found there. There is no health and safety at work.

Project phase was absent. There were no safety conditions whatsoever. Lack of leadership. Lack of formation/learning. Amateur production processes. Decisions made by management were based on internet knowledge instead of physics and engineering principles.
