      Almost Ruined My Career. My Worst Career Choice

      Pros

      I can't find any Pros to note as there isn't any. These guys almost ruined my career. Heard they fired many people within 15 days of joining giving performance reasons. Funny.

      Cons

      Lay off issues, management misbehaves, no notice period before laying off. Company has no projects. Depends on third party. Once work is done they will fire you immediately. I have many more things to say but I believe for the sake of my professionalism I will stop my self here.

      Dear Candidate, No one like to fire anyone, this is a fake review, we don't think any evidence can be produced for the allegations made, we would request to write at hrops@qtsolv.com instead of posting false information. We are a performance led company and more than 15% of employees have average tenure of 7+ years - this is not possible in an environment mentioned in the review.

      There is no any pros only con are there they fire the employ any time. higher and lower mangement are very rude even hr also not supportive.

      Cons

      hire and fire . they don't have project when client offboard immediately they fire not ready to give you single days of notice period.

      Dear Candidate, You join company in "Work from Office" mode, then after sometime without approval start working in "Hybrid" mode and then after sometime start working in "Work from Home" mode - all this without delivery managers approval. We don't entertain slackness in the attitude / approach in such incidents. Regarding NP - the information in the review is wrong - this fact can't be established by you, just blaming on social media is not a right approach.

      There will not be any reason, they will send PIP email. During PIP you will assigned much task, finally will get terminated.

      Cons

      There is no discussion before sending any PIP email.

      Dear Candidate, Every company make sure that the quality of people remain intact in the organisation, we are a performance led company and the managers are enabled to take actions on people who are not trainable and are not ready to level up. We are no different from any other performance led company , this is important for the sustenance and growth of the company.
