They pay well but I just didn't think the pay was worth it because I was getting sick from the stress,

- Toxic work environment - expects that you work after work hours and even during the weekends to finish your insane quota for the week. - Forces you to show everyone in your team your mistakes during meetings and gaslights you into thinking that its normal and healthy to let everyone know because your mistakes are everyone's learning moment. - Does not care about mental health - overloaded with work.

- Work pressure - Lot of work revisions and in the end, it's your fault why the task has been delayed
