Pros
Very progressive and liberal in policies. Lots of food, events and CONSTANT team building.
Cons
Terms employees who dont match the "culture". Disney/Nazi-esque in employee development and ongoing training..Very distracting. So much team building, but dont get used to your "team" because good people leave while the 'go-along-to-get-along' people hack it to keep a job. Its quite silly over there.
