      Worst Company with only more politics and worst management, they play with your experience letter and has no ethics

      Pros

      *employees are like sheep's who are waiting to get out of the organization but are unable to due to management *Product is only good thing here. But the process of developing is hectic NIL NIL NIL NIL

      Cons

      worst management during the exit of the company they ask u money or never give ur experience letter no hike no bonus no proper management no proper HR they just make employee's work based on hours not as per knowledge no proper salary even after 6 months no growth no guidelines bond is there they force us to give good review to make more sheep's fall for it * Not worth joining*

      1. Management is totally supportive and helps in all the aspects. 2. I never feel i am working in an office, the environment and work culture is very friendly. 3. Always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore.

      Pros

      I must say my experience at Qualityze is a real value-addition for my career. The flexibility, the environment, and the supportive management encouraged me to put best of my efforts in every project I was/am a part of. No company focuses on learning as much these people do. Looking forward to learning more.

      Cons

      At times, it gets hard to remain focused all the time. But that I guess happens in every workplace at some or other point of time.
