      No Pros worst job i had in my life

      Very big promises and very low Salaries, to many hours of work with a slow and painful death , one of the worst examples for corporate America , with no real incentive for sales people , after you find out the truth about how bad it really is working at QSM They call their Commission by the name of "Bonus" so if you decide to leave at any point, the owner legally can keep your hard earned commission by law and you wont be able to do anything about it legally, this is just one of the few things going on in this hell zone...... There are many moving company's in the area offering better opportunities and salary and offer a much nicer working environment. DON'T WASTE YOU LIFE TIME, KEEP SEARCHING FOR OTHER JOBS I ENDED UP WASTING MY TIME THERE I AM SHARING THIS SO THIS WONT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE'S LIFE .

      Pros

      The sales manager is a delight, but unfortunately has no power to save the titanic.

      Cons

      Departments hate each other. Operations could care less about sales department. Everyone hates their job and is actively looking for another. The owner is socially awkward and not approachable, but go figure being the A-typical former "drill sergeant".

      Pros

      Owner was aggressive in implementing the leanest operations that their skill set was capable of. Owner provided employees with technology that aided operations. Owner is an excellent mover and clearly works extremely hard on the warehouse floor and while moving.

      Cons

      Lack of respect of employees across the board. No formal training. High turnover. Inconsistent enforcement of policy. Poor recruitment and staffing procedures. Poor coordination between departments. Poor vehicle maintenance. Vehicles driven until they break. Poor accountability of hourly employee time. Extreme resistance to change.
