      Pros

      It'll take about 6 months to get your feet wet and start making money. Once you do, you can make great money. 100k+ easy

      Cons

      Long hours. (12hr/day @ 6day/week) Not very organized/training is lacking A lot of "Hurry up and wait" No base wage - 100% commission. This can be difficult when try to get on your feet

      Fantastic company, I have now worked here since October 2019, after 27 years with my previous company that changed ownership many times roping off staff customers it’s a privilege to be working with a company that create a fantastic environment to work in and they don’t rest until they achieve 100% customer satisfaction. The support the senior management have given there staff since Covid began has been phenomenal and I am truly grateful for the opportunity I have been lucky enough to have. Exceeded all my expectations

      Have to work a lot harder now than I did before the pandemic, but I’m grateful I have my health and an opportunity
