      Lack of clarity and low pay overshadow initial warmth

      Not many at first they make you feel like they love you

      Cons

      Unclear job scope low ball your pay make you a salary employee then force you to work every Saturday basically a free four days a month of work leadership is a joke and really just loves to hear his self talk with know real knowledge of what he is doing
