      Pros

      The people, work environment, wages, lunchens, prize give aways future state. Growth and opportunities. Trying to improve and make things better.

      Cons

      Its a tough one there are a few mostly at the policy, process and procedures not documented or well understood internally, values and policy are inconsistently applied. Very much try to catch you at something. I would recommend but also caution.

      Big promises in pay increases and work load We are slow Said I'd get a raise after certification and never happened, but the box welders got raises immediately, the bosses always say its gonna get busy but it hasn't yet
