      Great people & Great benefits

      Cons

      Compensation is awful. They look for any excuse not to give you a measly 2% raise. If you're a managers friend or favorite you might have a chance of 2-3%. Otherwise if youre not perfect you get nothing. Doesn't matter how hard you've worked throughout the year.

      Pros

      One scheduler and the two receptionist where the only professionals in the building. Having a car to drive in and the patients served

      Cons

      Management management management. Hours and amt if driving. Unrealistic expectations in how many patients need to be seen in a day. And supervisors who are lazy and tell at you all the time.
