Everyone is really friendly and loves to work as a team. There is a positive vibe throughout!

- Very Flexible Hours - Great occasional treats like Christmas parties and other socials - Food discounts on selected food retailers - Commission - Relax environment to work in

Cons

- A lot of different cliques than if you are not a part of it feels like you are an outsider - Team leaders keep changing that there is no actual understanding of individual analyst's strengths or what campaign they are good at - Hard to excel or to notice if you are not one of their favorites
