Pros

Pay was good. Training was comprehensive and the trainers were amazing

Cons

Call center job so you will be swarmed with calls. Weird shifts. Management is annoying about time management. Being late 1-2 minutes gives you points and with enough points you get fired. Pay is around 20-21 Would only do this to gain experience or if I am on my last choice Weird hours

Cons

There is a lot here there is very little true leadership here. Proof is that there is a high turn over of management people. Along with a very toxic work environment filled by gaslighting and racism.
