Pros

-get a clearance -good job prospects after you leave the company

Cons

-extremly low pay. Not enough to live off in the area. Company bases their business model off of hiring young kids who are desperate for work so they can take advantage by low balling them a salary that would be completely unacceptable anywhere else. -incredibly toxic staff: both on the federal side and contracting side, but especially the contracting side. Every contractor is extremely bitter and resentful towards management and will often take it out on other contractors. This makes it very difficult to work with the team because you will likely be ridiculed for speaking up or asking for direction. Training was very condensending which made it a difficult environment to ask questions in. -office is very clichey, and you will be shunned if you don't participate in toxic behavior.

Pros

This is a small company that truly cares about the staff and what they are doing. The work environment is excellent and everyone is helpful and friendly. The company has monthly meetings in which Alan Moon (CEO) often comes and speaks with a passion. The company just won the Bid to become the prime contractor so hopefully it grows. The work is not hard just listen to the QC's, ask questions and use every resource to your advantage. Great Hours building is open fro 6-4, and you only need to work 8 hours between. Flexible Schedule

Cons

PAY. I would of had no issue staying with the company if the pay was better. Some Initial reviewers make $60,000 while others make $42,000, but all to do the same job! Additionally when Promoting individuals to Team Lead they should have some training on Public Speaking. A Team Lead should display Command Presence, and Confidence. After being Promoted to QC it may be a long wait until a Team Lead Position opens and after that you may become stagnant.
