I think there is no pros.

A lot in this section: 1. There mission and vision is totally not clear to themself. Always waste money in uncessary things. 2. Poor management and HR policies. 3. They don't have any value for their precious employees, the Director can fire any one based on his mood. 4. No learning curve, No time to explore and enrich skills. Only copy paste. 5. In case you resigned they will be your biggest enemy and will try to deduct money as much they are capable off. 6. Pathetic work culture.
