Struggle to retain staff which makes top performance challenging

Constant staff turnover and Ryde obnoxious managers

Not much room for learning. Too many old staffs afraid to change

Largely paper based Manager doesn't know how to use expedient (the system QUBE is on) Manager is not able to train new staff well or effectively Low salary/remuneration Little opportunity for growth or learning

No opportunity to advance career (unless you're related to one of the fat cats), most managers are not approachable and treat staff like minions.

As a dual rotating shift (early start - late start) early mornings can become tiresome if traveling from out west.
