Very questionable ethics Talk a good game but fail to follow through High productivity They take questions and concerns personally they verbalize being family oriented/ employee oriented but demo other Poor continuing education Retaliation but they will deny it Beware of the bus drivers from upper management Will critique but offer minimal to no guidance Expected to work 7days/ week due to it being a salaried position Heavy push for the highest rug level on everyone even though the pt is not appropriate It appears they jump into opportunities without doing due diligence and research

I was new grad and on my first day was given a 5 min tutorial of system and then given a caseload of 7 patients. Was told, "here you go now go schedule your patients, but hurry up because 3 patients are leaving early." Wasn't introduced to anyone, and had to find things in therapy on my own. Talked with others who started at other companies in SNFs and they assured me that I should have been given an appropriate orientation and at least shadowed someone for a day. Awful experience!
